To boost awareness and sales of D’USSÉ XO Cognac—our clients most premium and luxurious spirit —my team and I created the experience platform called the "D’USSÉ XO Collective", a lasting initiative that highlights a group of trailblazers, key opinion leaders and cultural tastemakers who align with a common perspective amongst Millennials and Gen-Zers. We selected headline-making, celebrity-favorite tattoo artist Dr. Woo as the inaugural member of the D’USSÉ XO Collective. We then hosted a kicking launch party during 2022 Miami Art Week, a large cultural moment and key selling period. Like D’USSÉ, the trailblazing Hollywood tattoo-artist has transcended his contemporaries, creating a modern interpretation of a centuries-old tradition.
The outcome exceeded expectations, marking the brand's first wholly owned in-real-life activation, surpassing previous endeavors in number of attendees, press placements and social amplifier partners.
